Professional lawn maintenance serving every Ecorse neighborhood

Professional Lawn Care in Ecorse, MI

Ecorse sits in the heart of Downriver, right on the west bank of the Detroit River about seven miles south of Detroit, and we serve every block of it from our Wayne home base. The city is wedged between River Rouge to the north, Lincoln Park to the west, and Wyandotte to the south, so most properties here are compact city lots that look their best with clean edges and careful trimming. We mow and maintain homes all along West Jefferson Avenue, Southfield Road, Visger Road, and Outer Drive, and we keep things tidy near Dingell Park on the riverfront and Pepper Road Park along Ecorse Creek. Many Ecorse homes date back to the city's steel era, when Great Lakes Steel anchored the local economy, so the mature trees, narrow side yards, and older landscaping need a crew that works tight spaces and hauls clippings without tearing up the turf. Whether your yard sits near the Detroit River waterfront or over by Ecorse Community High School, we keep your grass sharp, your beds weeded, and your curb looking its best all season.

About Ecorse, Michigan

Ecorse is a small industrial city of about 9,300 people on the western bank of the Detroit River, roughly 9 miles southwest of downtown Detroit, whose name comes from the French 'Riviere aux Ecorces' (River of the Bark). Once a 54-square-mile township that seeded much of Downriver, it became a steel town after 1923 and later a cautionary tale of municipal finance, entering court receivership in 1986 and a state financial emergency in 2009. Its eastern shoreline is the U.S.-Canada border, facing LaSalle, Ontario across the river.
