Professional lawn maintenance serving all Dearborn Heights neighborhoods
Professional Lawn Care in Dearborn Heights, MI
Dearborn Heights sits just east of our Wayne home base in Wayne County, and we serve both the north and south sections of the city, which the city of Dearborn divides into two parts. We mow and maintain lawns across the established residential neighborhoods along Ford Road, Warren Avenue, Beech Daly Road, and Van Born Road, and out toward Telegraph Road. We know the historic Warren Valley Golf Course on Warren Avenue, the area around the Caroline Kennedy Library, and the family streets near Crestwood and Annapolis high schools. With The Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village right next door in Dearborn, Dearborn Heights stays a proud, well-kept community, and its mix of mature shade trees and tidy suburban lots is exactly the kind of property we care for like our own.

About Dearborn Heights, Michigan
Dearborn Heights is a Wayne County bedroom suburb about 12 miles west of downtown Detroit, stitched together in 1960 from leftover pieces of Dearborn Township into an oddly shaped city split by neighboring Dearborn. Long shaped by the auto industry next door, it has become a center of metro Detroit's Arab American life, with roughly a quarter of residents of Arab descent and a thriving halal food and mosque culture. A rescued Donald Ross golf course on the Rouge River is one of its quiet crown jewels.
Local Landmarks and Attractions
- Warren Valley Golf Course, designed in 1922 by renowned Scottish architect Donald Ross (one of his first courses in Michigan), set along the Middle Rouge River; the city bought it in 2018 to save it from development and reopened it in April 2023.
- The Islamic House of Wisdom, a landmark mosque and cultural center.
- The Middle Rouge River corridor, which threads through the city and comes into play on several holes at Warren Valley.
Local History
- Incorporated from two discontinuous sections of Dearborn Township plus a quarter-mile connecting strip from the village of Inkster, with the founding election held June 20, 1960; remaining unannexed township land incorporated April 8, 1963.
- Neighboring Inkster challenged the incorporation as a racial gerrymander, but the Michigan Supreme Court held that Inkster had failed to demonstrate any legally cognizable harm.
- Population exploded from 20,235 residents in 1950 to 61,118 by 1960 (a 202% jump), peaked at 80,069 in 1970, and stood at 63,292 as of the 2020 census.
Culture and Community
- About 25% of residents are Arab American, drawn from Lebanese, Yemeni, Iraqi, and Palestinian backgrounds, supporting a dense halal restaurant and grocery scene.
- The Islamic House of Wisdom, a prominent mosque and community center, is located in Dearborn Heights.
- Notable people from the city include George Noory, longtime host of the late-night radio show 'Coast to Coast AM,' and actor-singer Garrett Clayton of Disney's 'Teen Beach Movie.'
